mdi Miniprep Kit is a fast and economical way to obtain high yield (up to 20µg) of high purity pDNA from bacterial cultures. This kit provides high yields of pure DNA, predominantly in super coiled form, in small elution volumes. The mdi Miniprep system makes use of the ability of the unique mdi membrane to capture pDNA along with the convenient spin column technology. The bound plasmid DNA is eluted in small volumes of very low salt concentration buffer.
