mdi FastLyse Miniprep Kit incorporates one-step lysis technology with a uniquely formulated buffer to lyse the bacterial culture and convenient spin column technology to purify up to 25µg of pDNA in just 10 minutes.

Each column contains a unique silica membrane that binds up to 50µg of plasmid DNA.

This technology does away with cumbersome pellet formation and resuspension steps, phenol extraction and ethanol precipitation.

FastLyse Miniprep Kits yield ultrapure pDNA with A260/A280 ratio of 1.8 - 2.0 and is suitable for downstream applications like library construction, restriction digestion, cloning, ligation, bacterial transformation, PCR, Automated sequencing, Probe Generation and Microinjection.
