pDNA Miniprep Kit (in less then 30 minutes)

The reliability of the method used for the isolation/purification of pDNA is of critical importance when considering the success of subsequent downstream molecular applications.

The mdi Miniprep system makes use of the ability of the unique mdi membrane that binds up to 25µg of pDNA along with the convenient spin column technology. The bound pDNA is eluted in small volumes of very low salt concentration buffer.

This technology does away with time consuming Phenol-Chloroform extraction and alcohol precipitation. The highly pure eluted pDNA is suitable for PCR, cloning, ligation, probe generation, microinjection, transformation/transfection, restriction digestion, radioactive sequencing and automated fluorescent sequencing.
