MDI Ethics Policy

The 'Ethics Policy' at Advanced Microdevices Pvt. Ltd. (mdi) is meant to convey its resolve and guidelines regarding Bribery, Fraud, and Corruption in business, with and within mdi, to its customers, partners, subcontractors, suppliers and service providers, including their employees, agents and representatives, hereinafter called 'Stakeholder'.

Advanced Microdevices Pvt. Ltd. (mdi), its customers, partners, subcontractors, suppliers and service providers, including their employees, agents and representatives shall together be called 'All Parties'.

  1. All parties shall ensure that their respective employees understand their responsibility for deterrence and detection of bribery and fraud and that in carrying out their duties and responsibilities they protect the assets and resources of their respective organization.
  2. All parties shall neither offer nor accept any unlawful payment, bribe or other corrupt payment to/from their respective customers, partners, subcontractors, suppliers and service providers including their employees, agents and representatives.
  3. All parties shall develop and maintain effective controls to prevent bribery, fraud and improper behaviour. This includes identifying the risks within the Company and implementing systems and procedures to control those risks.
  4. All parties shall liaise with third parties, in particular, customers, partners, subcontractors, suppliers and service providers including their employees, agents and representatives, to ensure that they conduct their business in accordance with the principles of this policy.
    • Encourage all employees to report to senior management, any suspicions they may have of fraud or improper/irregular behaviour.
    • Investigate any report of suspected fraud or improper/irregular behaviour and, where appropriate, report this to the relevant authorities.
    • Take appropriate legal action to ensure that any Company assets, which have been improperly or fraudulently obtained, are recovered.
    • Take appropriate disciplinary action against the perpetrators of bribery, fraud or improper behaviour.
